The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking lead a team delivering a range of small-medium projects in a fast paced and growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Facility Maintenance Coordinator, the role overseas project budgeting, reporting and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist, and support Project officers in the successful delivery of Minor capital projects.
- Provide data and assist in the preparation of council reports, briefings, and prepare management and progress reports for Senior Officers.
- Contribute to and assist with the development Building Component renewal planning.
