The Opportunity
Melton City is one of the largest growing Council in Australia, to ensure that we are growing sustainably and beautifully we require new and developing estates to provide landscaping measures. This role supports these goals by providing office support to landscape architects and inspectors.
This position sits within the City Infrastructure planning department, along with the construction and landscape supervision team.
Key Responsibilities
- Document keeping and administrative support for landscape architects and inspectors.
- Customer service when relating to new development enquiries, ranging from developers, landscape architects, landscape contractors and residents.
- Creating external communication material to ensure developers are meeting their planning permit and industry requirements.
- Management of Remittance and releases of developer’s fees and bonds.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Post-secondary qualification in administration (below diploma level) or knowledge and skills gained through on-the-job training in an administrative role.
- Excellent computer skills and experience with the operation of a variety of Windows based applications and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable work demands.
- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
