The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Project Support Officer to join our growing and passionate team of Open Space Planners. This role will be based at the Melton Civic Centre and will report to the Coordinator Open Space Planning. The position will provide support to the development a range of strategies, policies and programs and will present an opportunity to contribute to process improvements for project and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate as a collaborative team member and provide project support to the Open Space Planning team.
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders on key projects and activities being undertaken by the Open Space Team.
- Produce communication and consultation material including brochures, surveys, signage, mail outs and digital information using website platforms and design software.
- Assist with the open space project management responsibilities including procurement, finance activities and liaison with vendors, consultants and contractors.
- Take a lead role in documenting and supporting the improvement of major processes and workflows undertaken in the Open Space Planning team.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:

- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
